Workshops

About My Workshops:

Through my project Cut & Stick, I run collage workshops that explore creativity, play, and mindfulness. I’ve delivered sessions with organisations such as Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery, FAC International, and at a variety of public and private events.

I also design mindfulness-based collage workshops with Peshkar Productions in Oldham (YPDF24), helping young people connect with creativity as a mindful practice. With Open Eye Gallery, I’ve assisted on cyanotype workshops for local communities, and I also run social media campaign workshops for photography students in Salford, supporting them in developing practical skills for sharing and promoting their work.

My practice balances three strands:

  1. Creative Practice – developing my own fine art work, grounded in Wabi Sabi and embracing imperfection.

  2. Community Engagement – delivering accessible workshops that bring people together through play, mindfulness, and sustainable making.

  3. Collaboration – partnering with galleries, institutions, and cultural organisations to design programmes that inspire others while sustaining my own creative journey.
